We take our students out to picnics and study tours every year as a rule, to make them aware of the beauty of the city that they belong to. We make sure that they interact as much as they can with their surroundings, while taking utmost care of their safety. It is important to take the children out to these sites at such an early age to develop a fundamental understanding in them of how these work. Our picnic and study tour sites include the Nandankanan Zoo, amusement parks, Regional Plant Resource Centre, museums, galleries, planetariums, and other local visiting areas. The people that they interact with, in these places are also very important, because it is necessary for children to gain exposure to others that are not part of their family or school life.

Our study tour includes museums, planetarium, airport, bus stands, zoos, science parks, and many other such informative locations. These help us to teach the children about various places around the city and give them some practical knowledge, as it is the best way to teach them about anything. We also organise rallies on issues such as road safety and environmental concerns, to provide the children with a social awareness.
